The Chicago Swedish Fish are a friendly, fun adult swim team located in the north side of Chicago! Swimmers of all ages and abilities are welcome.

Swim Practice Information

Fall Practice Schedule

Dates: September 10-28

Wednesday - 6:00-7:00 p.m. - Uplift High School
Sundays - 9:00-10:00 a.m. - Uplift High School

Dates: September 30-December 18

Tuesdays - 6:00-7:00 p.m. - Uplift High School
Wednesday - 6:00-7:00 p.m. - Uplift High School
Thursdays - 6:00-7:00p.m. - Uplift High School
Sundays - 9:00-10:00 a.m. - Uplift High School

Note: At the time we do not have practices scheduled at Northside College Prep due to ongoing procedural issues with the pool reservation system. We know that many members enjoy practicing at the NCP pool, and if we are able to schedule time there later this Fall, we may shift some midweek practices to NCP.

Swim Meets & Open Water Events

The Chicago Swedish Fish is one of the largest and most accomplished Illinois Master’s swim teams. We’ve ranked in the top 3 at the Illinois State Championships in most recent years, and finished in 1st in 2019.
